Does Soludos offer free shipping on all orders?
We offer free ground shipping on all US orders through UPS (2-5 day service) except for orders that include items from our Sample Sale which will include a $7 flat rate shipping charge per order. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you still want a pair of Soludos, we recommend sending to a friend or family member at another address who will be able to send to you directly!
When will my order ship out?
Due to decreased warehouse capacity from COVID-19, please note that our new order processing time is between 8-10 business days. We kindly ask that you contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your order appears to be further delayed. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time and look forward to getting you your order soon!
During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.
When will I receive my order?
Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your Soludos:

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority and typically takes 5-10 business days from the ship. Please note that we currently do not support shipping to Puerto Rico but are working on it!
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We now accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly from Soludos.com. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email email@example.com for assistance on your return.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or return.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I return an item?

Orders for custom shoes cannot be edited or cancelled once it is placed. If you have made an error or wish to cancel, please contact us within an hour of placing the order and we will do our best to catch it.
Sizing & Care
How do Soludos fit?
Most Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. Due to the nature of our hand stitched shoes, sizing may vary by style. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations! Your Soludos will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.
How long does a pair of Soludos espadrilles last?
Soludos espadrilles are perfect for the summer (or the lucky places that are always summer) but they won’t last forever. There is a 90 day warranty on all orders purchased on Soludos.com. If your Soludos shoes incur any unfortunate damages due to manufacturing within 90 days of the purchase date, we'll be happy to help you get a new pair! For purchases made with other retailers, please reach out to the place of purchase.
Are Soludos waterproof?
Soludos don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. The bottom of our espadrilles, which is made of jute, should never get wet. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry, especially the soles.
How do I clean my Soludos?
A damp cloth can remove dirt from the cotton upper of your Soludos. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet! Please email us for cleaning instructions of your leather Soludos.
How do I update my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Please note, you must contact us within an hour of placing your order. Our orders are processed right away in order to get to you as quickly as possible but we will do our best to help you out!
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Promo codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.
What forms of payments does Soludos accept?
Soludos.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Soludos Store Credit.
Does Soludos.com offer price adjustments?
Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through Soludos.com within seven days of the sale date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through Soludos.com are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.
Does Soludos ship internationally?
We do! We currently ship within Europe, Australia, Canada, and South America. For orders in the UK please visit europe.soludos.com. For all other internationl orders, please visit intl.soludos.com to place your order. Shipping costs and carrier options will be available at checkout and are calculated based on your location and weight of order. We do our best to offer you a range of affordable, efficient, and fast options to receive your new Soludos outside of the US.
Please note that all sizes on our sites are US sizes. Refer to the size chart for help with size conversions.

Can I return my order from outside of the US?
Of course! If you don’t love you Soludos, you can return them back to us within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
How can I return my order?
Please email us with your order number at email@example.com to get started on your return. We will provide you with a return address and RMA form to include in your package that contains your order information so we can credit you upon receipt of your return. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise.
How We Make Em
Where are Soludos manufactured?
Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and our materials are sourced from all over! Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?
We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on www.soludos.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.

The Sunshine Club is our way of rewarding customers who shop on soludos.com or in one of our Soludos Shoppes. Sunshine Club Members will receive rewards dollars in their account when shopping that can be used towards future purchases! These dollars will be available to use 30 days from the day you make your purchase. Rewards expire seven months from the date of your last purchase.
You will have to create an account on soludos.com in order to be able to redeem your awards on online or in Soludos Shoppes. If you are shopping online, log in to your account to redeem your awards. If you are in a Soludos Shoppe, let the sales associate know that you are a member of the Sunshine Club and the email that was used for your purchase and they can apply your rewards at checkout. You must give your email at checkout in order to be able to earn dollars through the Sunshine Club.
A few things to note:
If an order is cancelled, the points will immediately be removed from the account. Rewards for returned product will be adjusted out of your account. Points redeemed, sales tax and discounts included in the order total will not count towards rewards earned.
Rewards can't be redeemed ina transaction where a promo code is used - even an automatic promo applied at checkout.
Sunshine Club Members also receive early access to new arrivals and exclusive product.
Right now it's not possible to redeem rewards dollars in orders where QuadPay is used as the form of payment.

5. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Total ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion is $750 USD. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. If the advertised prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor/Promotion Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local income taxes on the prizes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Arrangements for delivery of prizes will be made after winner validation. LIMIT ONE (1) INSTANT WIN PRIZE PER PERSON / EMAIL ADDRESS / Soludos LLC ACCOUNT / HOUSEHOLD. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, the number of prize notifications exceeds the stated number of prizes, the remaining prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all legitimate prize claimants.
General Rules:All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. By participating in this Promotion, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
