Does Soludos offer free shipping on all orders?
We offer free ground shipping on through USPS (2-5 day service) on all US orders over $75 before taxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International orders will be charged shipping and VAT (as required) based on the ship to location. If you’re located in Europe, check out europe.soludos.com for more information on shipping rates. If you are located outside of Europe, head over to intl.soludos.com.
When will my order ship out?
Due to decreased warehouse capacity from COVID-19, please note that our new order processing time is between 8-10 business days. We kindly ask that you contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your order appears to be further delayed. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time and look forward to getting you your order soon!
During holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.
When will I receive my order?
Transit times start from the date your order initially ships out, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your Soludos:
Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) — Free within the United States on orders for $75+
UPS Express (1-2 business days) — $50
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority and typically take 5-10 business days from the ship date. Please note that we currently do not support shipping to Puerto Rico but are working on it!
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you track your order.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please visit our returns center. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange on all orders. We accept returns on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly from Soludos.com. If you have further questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your return. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: We want to make sure you feel good about your gift so we are extending the free returns period. Any items purchased though December 25th can be returned until January 31, 2021.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or return.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When can I expect my refund?
You will be issued a refund once your return is received by our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email email@example.com for assistance.
Sizing & Care
How do Soludos fit?
Most Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. Sizing may vary across styles due to the hand-stitched nature of some of our shoes. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations!
How do I clean my Soludos?
The best way to clean your espadrilles is with a damp cloth to remove dirt from the cotton upper. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and using an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!
The best way to clean your leather sneakers is with a mild leather cleaner matching the color of the shoe. You can also dip a soft white cloth in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, wring it out, and use that to gently rub out any dirt or stains. We recommend not getting your leather shoes too wet as they could stain or wrinkle the material. Finally, we suggest not putting them in the direct sunlight because the color can fade.

What is an LWG gold-rated tannery?
LWG (Leather Working Group) is a not-for-profit organization that develops and performs audits on tanneries to certify that the leather manufactures according to high environmental standards and performance capabilities. The gold-rated standard is the highest rating a tannery can receive.
What is chrome-free leather?
Metals used in standard tanning are not harmful to the end-customer. However, due to the tanning process, there are risks to the factory workers and local water supply. The process we use removes chromium from leather tanning, ensuring a safe and sustainable product.
How do I update my order?
If you need to edit your shipping address or make any other changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes but we will do our best to help!
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Promo codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified. Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes or Sunshine Rewards.
How do pre-orders work?
When a product appears on pre-order, that means it is still in production but available to order. In an effort to reduce waste, we purchase fewer units upfront so your pre-order item is essentially made to order and will ship as soon as production is complete.
The estimated shipping date is specified on the product page, so check back there for any updates! If inventory becomes available earlier, we will notify you via email of shipping.
Pre-ordered items are to be paid in full at the time of order.
Orders for custom shoes cannot be edited or cancelled once they are placed. If you have made an error or wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to catch it!
What forms of payments does Soludos accept?
Soludos.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, QuadPay, and Soludos Store Credit.
Does Soludos offer price adjustments?
Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through Soludos.com within seven days of the sale date. Just shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through Soludos.com are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.
Does Soludos ship internationally?
We do! We currently ship within Europe, Australia, Canada, and South America. For orders in the UK and Europe, please visit europe.soludos.com. For all other international orders, please visit intl.soludos.com to place your order.
Shipping costs and carrier options will be available at checkout and are calculated based on your location and weight of order. We do our best to offer you a range of affordable, efficient, and fast options to receive your new Soludos outside of the US.
Please note that all sizes on our sites are US sizes. Refer to the size chart for help with size conversions.

Can I return my order from outside of the US?
Of course! If you don’t love your Soludos, you can return them back to us within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging.

How We Make Em
Where are Soludos manufactured?
Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China, Brazil & Portugal and our materials are sourced from all over! Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?
We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on www.soludos.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
