Whatโ€™s the Sunshine Club?

It’s our loyalty program—a group of adventure-loving Soludos insiders who receive perks like early access, sneak peeks and money towards their next purchase every time they shop (no, really).

How do I join?

You're automatically enrolled once you make a purchase. Just create an account in order to access your credit. To create an account, set up a password here.

You will receive a confirmation email allowing you to activate your account. Click the link in your email to activate your account. Once logged in, you can view your available, pending, and used credit in your account.

It takes less time to make your account than to read this - promise ;)

What are the perks?

Members earn โ€‹15% โ€‹towards your next purchase, early access to limited-edition products and sales—and when you refer friends, you earn even more. It’s basically the gift that keeps on giving.

How do I apply my rewards?

Log in to your Soludos account. At checkout on desktop, your available Sunshine credit can be found on the right-hand side of the screen above the promo code field. Use the slider to select the amount that you'd like to redeem and click "Redeem" to apply it to your order. On mobile, available credit can also be found at the checkout by using the drop-down arrow that says "Redeem Rewards Dollars.”

P.S.: you are already earning rewards even if they have not yet created or activated an account.

How do I refer my friends?

Share your unique link (there’s literally only one like it), found on your account page, with up to 5 friends and once they shop, we’ll credit your account.

What happens if I return an order I placed using rewards? Do I lose those rewards too?

Your Sunshine Credit will be applied back to your account once your return has been received and refunded. Sunshine credit earned on an order that has been returned or canceled will be removed from your account.

Any fine print?

Rewards are pending during a 15 day approval period (so you can’t use them right away but sit tight, you’ll get them!).
Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless otherwise stated.

Referral links are valid for new Soludos customers only (so only pals that haven’t shopped us before).
Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases, SRY!
Rewards cannot be used with QuadPay.
