 How do Soludos fit?

Most Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. Due to the nature of our hand stitched shoes, sizing may vary by style. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations! Your Soludos will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet. Please refer to the sizing chart here.

How long does a pair of Soludos espadrilles last?

Soludos espadrilles are perfect for the summer (or the lucky places that are always summer) but they won’t last forever. There is a 90 day warranty on all orders purchased on If your Soludos shoes incur any unfortunate damages due to manufacturing within 90 days of the purchase date, we'll be happy to help you get a new pair! For purchases made with other retailers, customers need to reach out to the place of purchase.

Are Soludos waterproof?

Soludos don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. The bottom of our espadrilles, which is made of jute, should never get wet. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry, especially the soles.

How do I clean my Soludos?

A damp cloth can remove dirt from the cotton upper of your Soludos. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet! Please email us for cleaning instructions of your leather Soludos.



How do I update my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Please note, you must contact us within an hour of placing your order. Our orders are processed right away in order to get to you as quickly as possible but we will do our best to help you out!  

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code on the Shopping Bag page in the “Discount Codes” field, located under your item list.  Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Promo codes will not apply to Sale items unless otherwise specified.

Please note that the code, WELCOME, applies to first time orders on full priced merchandise. Customers must have a registered account with in order to apply the code. It cannot be combined with any other offer. 

What forms of payment does accept? accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Soludos Store Credit.

Does offer price adjustments?

Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through within seven days of the sale date. Just give us a call or shoot us an email with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted. 



Does Soludos offer free shipping on all orders?

We do! We offer free ground shipping on all US orders through DHL Parcel Plus ground. DHL makes the first half of the delivery and then passes off to USPS to make the final delivery. The package is ultimately delivered with USPS so if your address is not supported by this carrier, we recommend shipping to an alternate address or selecting FedEx overnight. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you still want a pair of Soludos, we recommend sending to a friend or family member at another address who will be able to send to you directly!

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your Soludos at lightning speed, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in sunny Valencia, California. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your Soludos:

What is the Soludos return policy?

We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. Here’s how it works:  

What can I return?

We now accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please see details on international returns below.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your Soludos purchase, but if for any reason you need to return, please follow the return instructions below.

For customers who purchased through your account: Please log into your account to do your return here: . When you log in, just open up your order from the dashboard and select the option to return - then just follow the steps from there. Once you submit the return request, you'll be able to select to view your return and from there you'll have the option to "print shipping label".

For customers who checked out as a guest: Please follow this link to submit your return:  Fill in the order information that is requested exactly as you entered it on the order and hit continue. Proceed to complete and submit your RMA. When the next page loads be sure to click "print shipping label" located under Return Status. This will allow you to either save or print your PDF of the shipping label for the return.


How do I receive my refund or store credit?

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. We deduct a $6 restocking fee for returns made for a refund. Store credits will be issued to your account under the email address you used to place the order. A $6 restocking fee will not be deducted from returns made for store credit and store credits never expire!

Please note, orders paid for with a store credit can only be returned to a store credit. 

If you would like to change your refund resolution from store credit to refund or refund to store credit, it must be done within the 30 day return period. Once the return is received and a refund or store credit is issued, we are unable change the resolution. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want to exchange your Soludos for a different size or style, we suggest opting for a store credit so you can purchase a new pair on Please get in touch with our SolSQUAD if you need any help determining your size or finding a style that’ll work for you!

How long does it take for me to get my refund or store credit?

It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund or store credit has been processed and issued. Any expedited shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded or credited.



Does Soludos ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally to over 200+ destinations. Hooray! To enter our global shop, click on the US flag on the top left of the page. You’ll be directed to where you can choose your location and currency. Don’t see your country listed? We are available at official retailers across the world- to find a location closest to you, please visit our Store Locator at the bottom of the page.

How much does shipping and handling cost on international orders?

We partnered with international specialist, Borderfree, to make international shipping as easy as possible. International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total at checkout. Duty, customs, tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during checkout.

How long does international shipping take?

Our international orders are first shipped to the Borderfree hub in the US and then shipped by Borderfree to you. The total time it takes for the order to get to you is about 10-14 business days. It first takes about 7 business days to reach the Borderfree hub in the US. Once it ships from there, you will receive the tracking number to follow along with the delivery to you. Please note, you will not receive a tracking number for approximately 7 business days until it ships from the Borderfree hub.

Can I return an international order?

If you aren't 100% happy with your order please get in touch with us. We now offer international returns with a $67 restocking fee on all returned orders. The restocking fee covers international and domestic shipping fees, warehousing costs, and fees associated with our International logistics partner, Borderfree. We don't make a dime on it! Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to get started on your return. 



Where are Soludos manufactured?

Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and Spain. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on, please email or call our SolSQUAD with your order number and they will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
