  1. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

    In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods.
  2. Does Soludos ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  3. How do I use a promo code to checkout?

    If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the Shopping Cart page in the “Discount Codes” field, located under your item list.  Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Please note that discounts will not be applied to Sale items. **For any special discount codes specifically for Sale Items, only a Store Credit will be issued for any price adjustments. There cannot be a refund back to credit cards.**
  4. Any purchase of items on Sale are Final Sale and cannot be Returned (for refunds or store credits) or Exchanged as we do not process exchanges. 

  5. Price Adjustments: Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through within seven days of the Sale date, if accompanied by the original e-mail confirmation. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Please contact [email protected] with specifics and we will process accordingly. 

  6. What forms of payment does accept? accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Soludos Store Credit.

Shipping Methods & Policy

  1. Does Soludos offer free shipping on orders?

    We offer free ground shipping on all US orders. Please note that we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses. International customers are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of the merchandise.
  2. When will my order ship out?

    When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 2-3 business days to process and ship. During high volume times, this can be extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.
  3. When will I receive my order?

    All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in sunny Valencia, California. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Orders normally take 2 business days to process before they ship. Please advise that there can be delays in processing. Once your order ships out, here is a timeline of when you can expect your Soludos:

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority and typically takes 5-10 business days from the ship date. International orders typically take 2 weeks from order date.

International Orders & Returns

  1. Does Soludos ship internationally?

    We currently ship internationally to over 200+ destinations. To enter our global shop, click on the US flag on the top left of the page. Once you are brought to, you can choose your destination and currency. Somewhere else? We are available at official retailers across the world- to find a location closest to you, please visit our Store Locator.
  2. How much does shipping & handling cost on international orders?

    We partnered with international specialist, Borderfree, to make international shipping as easy as possible. International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total at checkout. Duty, customs, tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during checkout.
  3. Can I return an international shipment?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns at this time. We are reviewing this policy as it is important for our international customers to be entirely happy with their Soludos.


  1. What is Soludos return policy?

    Please note the recent changes to our return policy. We now accept returns on Full-Priced domestic (US) orders at a $6 restocking fee on refunds. Orders returned for a Store Credit are FREE of charge.  

    - We accept unworn, full-priced items purchased from within 30 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders. 
    - We do not accept returns for items purchased from other websites that are not or from any other retailers (Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, etc). The purchase has to be made on for it to be returned to us. Please visit your place of purchase for their returns policy if you did not purchase directly from us.
    - International orders are not eligible for returns.
    - Sale items and various accessories are not eligible for returns.
    - If you are returning in the US, you have the option of returning for Soludos Store Credit that is issued to an account registered on, or a refund to your original payment method.
    - We do not process exchanges.
    - If you opt for a Refund, there will be a $6 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount. Returns for Store Credits are exempt from the restocking fee.

  2. How do I return an item?


    Please contact us regarding your return and we will be happy to generate and email you a FedEx shipping label for your return. The label will be prepaid and you will not have any additional costs on the shipping. Once we receive the return, a $6 Restocking Fee will be deducted from refunds back to the payment method used on the order. Returns for Store Credits will not incur a Restocking Fee.

  3. How long does it take for me to get my refund?

    It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. 

  4. Do you offer exchanges?

    Due to the limited exclusivity of our styles, we do not offer exchanges on returns. Please opt for a Store Credit if you would like to return and purchase a new size, color, style, etc.

  5. If I have a store credit from a prior return, when will it expire?

    Our store credit does not expire! 

  6. What do I do if my product arrived damaged/defected?

    For purchases made on, please email our customer service team with your order number at [email protected] and they will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.

Sizing & Care

  1. How does Soludos fit?

    Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up to the nearest whole size.  Sizing may vary by natural construction as they are individually hand stitched. Your Soludos will slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet. Please refer to the sizing chart here.

  2. How long does a pair of Soludos espadrilles last?

    Soludos® espadrilles are perfect for the summer (or the lucky places that are always summer) but they won’t last forever. There is a 90 day warranty on all orders purchased on If your Soludos shoes incur any unfortunate damages within 90 days of the purchase date, we'll be happy to help you get a new pair! Anything outside of the 90 day warranty will not be eligible for replacement and is not covered by the warranty. There are no exceptions.

  3. Are Soludos waterproof?

    Soludos espadrilles don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry, especially the soles. A damp cloth can help remove some dirt from the cotton upper.

  4. How do I clean my Soludos?

    A damp cloth can remove dirt from the cotton or leather upper of your Soludos. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!

  5. Where are Soludos manufactured?

    Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and Spain. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.
